Do you really ship by air?

Yes. All LOTTEDS orders are shipped via air freight priority logistics (DHL, FedEx, UPS). This ensures faster international delivery compared to standard sea or economy shipping methods.

What if my package is delayed or stuck at customs?

Customs inspections are handled by local authorities and are outside our direct control. However, we actively monitor every shipment and assist in resolving any delays. If your order exceeds the normal timeframe, our support team will intervene and provide solutions promptly.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. Every order includes full tracking. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your package in real time from dispatch to delivery.

Is the product material exactly as described?

Yes. All products are made of premium 316L stainless steel, as clearly stated on every product page. We do not use alternative materials such as 904 steel. Product descriptions on our website always take precedence.

What happens if my package is lost?

All shipments are protected. In the rare case of a lost package, we will coordinate with the carrier and provide a replacement or resolution to ensure you receive your order.
